Oct 4 - 9, 2020 in Quarna Sopra, Italy

with Bruce Cryer, Charlotte Mary Wray and Áshildur Hlín Valtýsdóttir

This five-day experience is a unique blend of the powerful and transformative HeartMath® system of tools, research and feedback technology, along with the creativity-enhancing model of the Renaissance Human.

HeartMath has gained international acclaim for its unique blend of robust scientific research, powerful, practice tools and techniques, and game-changing personal feedback technology. Founded in 1991 in the hills above Silicon Valley, the HeartMath research yielded new insights about heart-brain communication, the power of “heart coherence” to optimize cognitive function and expanded consciousness, as well as practical insights into emotional regulation.

HeartMath has worked on five continents with nonprofits and NGOs, major universities, spiritual movements, rural hospitals, government agencies, large corporations, and individuals of all ages, genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds. HeartMath is truly a system for all.

The Renaissance Human model developed out of the life experience of one of HeartMath’s co-creators, Bruce Cryer, who served as CEO for 11 years until a two year period of significant health challenges convinced him to step back, heal, and reset his life. He dove deeper into his creative passions and developed Renaissance Human as a template for a way to live a life where one’s creativity is fully realized. Charlotte Mary Wray has followed a spiritual path for more than 30 years, since her childhood in Ireland through Buddhist training and her more recent work as a HeartMath coach and mentor. She holds regular retreats around the world incorporating HeartMath skills in her work to help people disconnect from past beliefs and programming and to reconnect to their goals and dreams to create their future.

This experience will include many interactive exercises, including mindfulness and heart meditations, sound healing, immersive media and movement activities, creative projects, sound healing, large and small group discussions, spacious time for personal relaxation, body work and inner work, and a live concert.

Charlotte has a curious creative mind and started to explore her personal passions from a young age. She has been practicing Buddhism since the tender age of 3. After pursuing a career in dance and modelling for several years Charlotte spent more than 10 years working in a nonprofit organisation, then progressed to become the National and Presidential events coordinator for the Irish Congress. Tens of thousands of people attended the events she created, gaining national tv and press coverage in Ireland. Charlotte won awards for her work and was named one of most inspiring women in Ireland by an award winning theatre production company who wrote a play about her.

Several years ago Charlotte gained new qualifications after a life changing situation and has since coached and mentored celebrities, elite sports people, entrepreneurs, business tycoons and individuals who want to rebuild their lives, break their habits and practice self-love and growth. She is a certified HeartMath practitioner among other professional qualifications.

Born and raised in Akureyri, a small town in the north of Iceland, Ashildur is happily married with four bright and beautiful children.
